To enjoy the services of our portal you must Register as a user of the portal ("User") and duly agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions under an agreement between you and us. 2. Term.

This Agreement, accepted upon use of the portal and further affirmed by becoming a user of the agarwalwedding.com, contains the entire agreement between you and agarwalwedding.com regarding the use of the portal and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
You are under an obligation to report any misuse or abuse of the portal. If you notice any abuse or misuse of the portal or anything which is in violation of this Agreement, you shall forthwith report such violation to agarwalwedding.com by writing to support@agarwalwedding.com. On receipt of such complaint, agarwalwedding.com may investigate such complaint and if necessary may terminate the user account of the user responsible for such violation abuse or misuse without refund of any subscription amount and further without any notice. Any false complaint made by a user shall make such user liable for termination of his / her user account.
As a matter of security of users, we ask for your identity number, not mandatorily, and that too will not be shown to other users anyhow. The same is retained for our data only.
As a business platform, agarwalwedding.com will publish several advertisements, including kundli / horoscope/astrologers and/or marriage ceremonies service providers, and much more. You shall not make any objection or claim against that advertisement anyhow, however, you may write us any grievance with the advertisement upon which the agarwalwedding.com will investigate the matter and their decision will be binding and final without any further dispute between you and agarwalwedding.com. It is a matter of concern only between you and the advertising entity regarding any dispute if arises. agarwalwedding.com shall have no concern with that and you duly agree to that.
agarwalwedding.com may provide some attractive offers to selected users of the portal on the basis of the lucky draw or otherwise to honor them with some gifts which is the sole and absolute discretion of the agarwalwedding.com and any visitor or user of the portal shall not make any claim, demand or right in any way to such offers / gifts.
